With around 800 self-operated branches, we guarantee a universal postal service in all parts of Switzerland – long term, on a solid footing and at high quality standards. We are now opening our branch network to you and your banking services. Our well-trained staff, extensive branch network and the great degree of trust that Swiss Post enjoys amongst the public will ensure that you maintain a close relationship with your customers – physically and digitally.

Swiss Post maintains close contact with private customers and SMEs – at branches, via online channels and through the Contact Center. The self-operated Swiss Post branches alone serve over 350,000 customers every day. As a result, the branches are extremely valuable to Swiss Post and also offer great potential for you as a cooperation partner.

Ongoing modernization

The number of branches will be stabilized at 800 locations by 2024. At the same time, existing branches are constantly being modernized and made particularly customer-friendly. Since the beginning of 2021, 148 branches have opened with the new light and open-plan concept. This includes a zone where customers can talk to customer advisors and receive advice, in addition to an information zone and self-service elements.
